The new employee training is divided into two parts: outdoor training and internal training. The four-day outdoor training includes three aspects: military training, outreach, and 23km hiking. In particularly, the dragon boat race was introduced as the outward bound for the first time. This type of activities can inspire the fighting spirit of each trainee. In the following three days of indoor training courses, the new employees systematically learned the professional courses which are called Staff Quality—Journey of Mind and International Business Etiquette. Through these two courses, new employees were helped to establish a correct attitude to work and career. Each participant mastered the necessary qualities and abilities in the workplace.
In general, the training camp obtained great results.
