On December 11, GTHS held a training session on the theme of "Gold Interviewer". More than 40 senior managers and HRBPs attended this course.

During the course, the trainer led the trainees to do some simulated interviews, which can help them think about their behaviors and deficiencies in the real interview process. This training could help trainees formulate effective learning plans and continuously optimize the interview process. At the end of the course, the participants had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the interview.
