2018 New Employee Entrance Training Held By GTHS

From 22nd to 29th, August, our company held the 2018 new employee entrance training with the theme of "Make your youth glory, Light your future up". With a period of 7 days, the training includes ‘new staff professionalism’, ‘business etiquette’ and other academic subjects, along with military training, physical development, 20-kilometer hiking and other forms of outdoor exercises, which helped the new employees learn more about each other, get more involved into the team and develop a better sense of team work.
Thanks to the outdoor training, the rookies have built up a strong will, cultivate enterprising spirit, enhance team awareness, and build a sense of team belongingness ; With the help of professional quality and business etiquette training, new employees are able to recognize their own positioning, learn the professionalism and working ability required by the work place to benefit the future teamwork, time planning and management and interpersonal relationship. All of these are about to contribute to be a milestone during the transition from the campus to the society for all the new comers. Through internal training, they are having a deeper understand of the company culture, the rules and regulations of the company as well .We are also looking forward to seeing that they could form a firm foundation for the career to come by communicating and consulting all the experienced colleagues.
