Three leaders of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Dean Zhang of the School of Economics and Management, Secretary Chen of the School of Foreign Languages, and Secretary Mao of the Youth League Committee, brought fourteen students to visit our company on November 23th.
     In the morning, Chairman Zhijiang Jin and Director of HR Deparment Huafeng Gu showed them company’s different departments, and briefly introduced the current situation of GTHS. In the afternoon, students talked freely at the symposium, exchanging their ideas of school life and daily activities with their experiences in university. They also raised confusion and worries about working after graduation. Chairman Jin encouraged college students to strengthen their convictions, clarify their goals, and prepare themselves to become a professional. Jin also used himself as an example to share  his ideas and experience, which benefited students a lot.
      Through this activity, we deepen the cooperation with colleges, learning more from each other. Colleges make a further understanding of enterprises, cultivate and transport talents for enterprises. At the same time, it is a good image display for enterprises.
