GTHS organized Financial management of non-financial managers, and Human resource management of non-human resources managers training in the middle of December. All of the middle and above managers participated in the training.
    Combining practical application, lecturers explained the necessary knowledge of financial management and human resource management from the perspective of managers, taught various practical tools and guidelines that can help improve management, and shared different types of problems encountered in actual operation.
    This training enabled managers more clearly understand the problems of their teams and the aspects they need to improve in the future. It laid the foundation for optimizing teamwork and improving work efficiency.
